About this policy
This policy explains how the Growwwsites website uses cookies and similar technologies, including pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits and server-side measurement. These technologies may store or read information on your device, or send information about your interaction with the website to us and our service providers.
A service listed below may not be active on every page or during every campaign. The exact technologies used depend on the current website and campaign configuration. Optional services remain subject to the consent category shown in this policy.
How consent works
Necessary technology is active because it is required to remember your privacy choice and operate essential website functions. Preference, statistics and marketing technologies are denied by default and are only enabled after you allow the relevant category.
You can accept all optional categories, reject them, or choose Allow or Deny separately for each category. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: open at any time. Your new selection applies to future processing; deleting cookies through your browser may also be required to remove identifiers already stored on your device.
Consent categories
Cookie names and lifetimes can change when providers update their technology. “Typical retention” below is a practical guide, not a guarantee: the actual period may be shorter because of our configuration, your browser settings or provider changes.
Tag management and analytics
Google Consent Mode receives the choices made in the consent panel. The Statistics category controls analytics_storage. The Marketing category controls ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. The Preferences category controls functionality and personalization storage.
Advertising and marketing platforms
When configured and permitted, advertising tags may measure visits and conversions, attribute results to campaigns, create or suppress audiences, limit ad repetition and support personalized advertising. Examples of identifiers include cookie IDs, device and browser information, page and event data, referrer URLs and campaign click IDs.
Mailchimp and email marketing
Signing up for email marketing is a separate choice from cookie consent. Allowing marketing cookies does not subscribe you to a mailing list, and rejecting cookies does not unsubscribe you from emails. You can withdraw an email subscription using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
Server-side measurement and APIs
Some platforms may receive events through server-to-server tools such as Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, LinkedIn Conversions API, Pinterest Conversions API or similar integrations. These requests may not place a cookie by themselves, but they can use campaign, consent and event identifiers collected from the website. They remain subject to the same purpose-based consent and data-protection requirements as the corresponding browser tag.
Where enhanced matching is configured, contact details supplied by a visitor may be normalized and hashed before transmission. Hashing reduces direct readability but does not make the data anonymous. Such processing is only used where an appropriate legal basis and the required notice or consent are in place.
Data that may be processed
- IP address, device, browser, operating system, language and approximate location;
- pages viewed, buttons clicked, form interactions, timestamps and referring pages;
- campaign parameters and click identifiers such as GCLID, FBCLID, TTCLID, MSCLKID or TWCLID;
- consent state and the time at which a choice was recorded;
- conversion details such as lead submission or transaction value where relevant;
- hashed contact data only where an enhanced matching feature is lawfully configured.
We do not intentionally send sensitive personal data to analytics or advertising platforms through website tags.
Retention and international transfers
We retain our consent record until you change it or clear browser storage. Analytics and advertising providers apply their own retention periods, which may be renewed when you revisit the website. We configure retention to be proportionate to the measurement or marketing purpose and periodically review active tags.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are handled using an applicable adequacy decision, participation in a recognized data-transfer framework, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism described by the provider.
Your controls and rights
Use to change or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Browser-level blocking may affect some website functions and will not automatically withdraw an email subscription.
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data, and to receive data in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Material changes to optional processing may require a renewed consent choice.
