Analytical explanation
Review browser/server overlap separately from accidental double firing. An apparent “100% deduplication” could simply mean every copy matched, not that all valid events arrived.
Technical explanation
No universal GA4/Meta “deduplication rate” exists. Define resolved duplicate pairs / eligible duplicate pairs, and monitor unique-event coverage alongside it.
